Personality


When the people at ABRT took me I was very scared, and spent most of my time in my crate. Since then, IÕve become much less fearful and have begun to show my personality. I am very curious and after I get to know you I will follow you around. I like romping in the yard (see if you can catch me!), walks (I do very well on a leash), and other dogs (letÕs play!). My dislikes include loud noises like thunder, vacuum cleaners, and fireworks, and men.

Socialization


Does the dog like other pets?
I love other dogs and will romp and play with them after I get to know them. I dare any of them to catch me.

Does the dog like children?
Very young children scare me, but older ones don't.

General social placement notes:
I need a home with patient adults who will enjoy watching me (and helping me) learn to be more confident. I love women, but men I find scary.


Favorite Toys


I love to chew on bones! I like toys that don't squeak, however, I do like stuffed toys, rope toys, and rubber ones that I can roll around.


Forever Home


A calm, consistent environment with patient people and a canine playmate will allow me to shine! I start off wary, but once I get to know you I relax and will play. I might need a couple of meet and greets. A few visits to my forever home might be needed for me to adjust.
