I'm an active guy with lots of energy and love to give. Sometimes I get nervous when meeting new people and bark at them, but I'm trying to overcome my fears so I can make more human friends.
General Socialization Notes: I'm a good boy but I need someone who is able to continue my training so I can continue to become even better. I am crate trained and potty trained, but I do sometimes mark in the house. If there were no other male dogs in the home, it might be easier for me.
Does Scrappy like other animals? I am reactive when I meet other dogs on leash, so meeting dogs off leash is less stressful for me. I am pretty selective with my dog friends and might be best as an only dog, but some submissive dogs and females are ok. I would do best with no small animals.
Does Scrappy like children? I am a high energy guy and would do best in a home with adults only or older children.
Favorite Toys: I love to play with balls. Chase is my favorite game. I've never played with a flirt pole before but I think they sound super fun!
Ideal Forever Home: I would love a backyard where I could run and play. An active family that could take me on hikes and adventures would be amazing! I also need someone who is invested in my training and willing to help me become the dog I know I can be.
